Refunds & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our top priority!  If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please email us your concerns within 7 days to [email protected] You can then mail the item(s) back to us (along with a copy of your receipt) to:

We suggest that you get a tracking number from the post office. Once we receive your package we will gladly put a refund back onto your credit card for the cost of the item(s). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, and initial shipping charges are non-refundable. We will also email you when the refund has been taken care of.

Shipping costs you will see when you place your order. We do our best to ship your items within 2-3 business days.  However, during Holidays please allow up to 3-5 days for your order to be processed.  You will receive an email when your shipment is on its way.  Please allow 1 week for personalized items to be shipped.
